Standard Anterior Step Down (L0651) 

The Rocket Orthopedic Anterior Step Down (L0651) is utilized in the treatment of lower back strains, chronic back pain, spinal instability, stenosis, and/or post-operative care. The anterior panel of the brace bolsters stability, restricts motion restriction, and compression that optimizes outcomes for post- and non-operative patients.

Our brace is equipped with an easy-to-use universal sizing system. The brace has several components that work in conjunction to offer both a customizable fit and optimal support. The universal sizing ranges from SM to 4XL, we also offer an optional extension panel that expands the brace up to 6XL. Depending on the patient's size, the side arms can be “cut to size” or folded along the indicated lines. The horizontal compression of the lower back is achieved through our revolutionary 6:1 pulley system. Our compound pulley system works by utilizing triple woven nylon-string and easy-to-grip pull tabs to provide a novel closure system that self-adjusts to the patient's unique lordotic curve, enhancing symptomatic relief. The dual pull tabs attach onto the side arms by utilizing medical grade hook and loop fasteners.
